I am home from an adjustment session with the team before tomorrow's big event, the semi-final against New Zealand.  We have had many sessions over the last few days and we will have one more tomorrow morning before the game to ensure that the players are at their peak.  I will keep this blog entry short so I can get to bed and have a good night's sleep. It will be a big day tomorrow.  The players are really noticing the benefits of adjustments with swift recovery from any injuries and there are players asking for adjustments to make sure they are at their best.  I am even adjusting the Manager who recognises the importance of him being at his best.

Also important to note, the Irish Women's team, the Banshee's are guaranteed a place in the Grand Final!  They will play their semi-final against the US tomorrow and if they win this game, they will go on to face Canada in the Grand Final.  If they lose, they will face the US again in the grand final.
