Chiropractic Association Of IrelandChiropractors: the spinal health care experts
The Chiropractic Association of Ireland (CAI) provides a regulatory framework for the chiropractic profession in Ireland and promotes better health and well-being for the Irish public through the safe and effective delivery of chiropractic services. Chiropractors work in collaboration with other health professionals.

Chiropractors are expertly qualified providers of spinal adjustment, manipulation and other manual treatments, exercise instruction and patient education.

They have a specialized approach to the examination, diagnosis and care of problems relating to bones, muscles, nerves and tendons, based on best available research and clinical evidence with particular emphasis on the relationship between the spine and the nervous system.

Chiropractic has a tradition of effectiveness and patient satisfaction without the use of drugs or surgery. It has a patient-centered and biopsychosocial approach, emphasizing the mind/body relationship in health, the self-healing powers of the individual, and individual responsibility for health and encouraging patient independence.
