Founded in 2002, the clinic has developed a strong reputation for providing thoughtful, patient-centred care in a well-organised, team-based environment. This has allowed us to build one of Ireland’s highest volume clinics.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Dr Ben Martin, Founder of Optimal Chiropractic and current President of the Chiropractic Association of Ireland. Associates receive ongoing mentorship in clinical reasoning, patient communication, and building a confident, sustainable approach to practice.
We welcome applications from new graduates to chiropractors with up to five years’ experience who are motivated to develop their skills within a structured and supportive setting.
What You Can Expect
- Guaranteed salary (€50,000 minimum) plus attainable performance-based bonuses

- Attendance and travel expenses covered for a Dr Glowaki – Elements of Closing seminar
- Paid annual leave
- Weekly clinical mentoring and structured team training
- A consistent flow of new and existing patients
- Support with marketing, patient education, and community engagement
- An experienced support team managing administration and patient flow
- A 24-month contract with potential for long-term progression
