Welcome to BACK ON TRACK, World Spine Day’s campaign theme for 2020!

The coronavirus pandemic has affected people around the world, with lockdown restrictions impacting people’s ability to stay active and mobile. BACK ON TRACK celebrates people being able to reactivate and revitalize bodies by getting out and focusing on effective spine care.

BACK ON TRACK highlights the importance of exercise, posture, movement and good self-care to ensure a healthy spine.  Looking after your spine can range from taking regular breaks at work, to aqua aerobics for the elderly; to doing the Straighten Up exercise routine.  Everyone of all ages, can get BACK ON TRACK.

#Backontrack tip…If you can’t hit the gym just yet, try bodyweight exercises in the comfort of your own home. Bodyweight exercises have been proven to be effective and efficient in building strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Always consult your GP or chiropractor before beginning any exercise program.

Along with exercise, ensure good Spinal Health by contacting your local Chiropractor.
